  Delina is a native of Ohio. The youngest child of three children of a small business owner of a Food & Beverage Business. She learned early the value of hard work and its rewards. She has practical understanding of the challenges that small business owners' face because she, like her parents is one herself. Delina completed her Arts & Science undergraduate degree in 1999 at Cleveland State University.  Delina is single with one adopted child. Delina and her family reside in Warrensville Heights, Ohio.
